Purchasing + Claiming

ᛝ Payment is to be received through Paypal or Ko-Fi (upon request).ᛝ Once claimed you have 24 hours to send payment or design will go back to being open.ᛝ DO NOT send payment until I have given the go ahead!ᛝ You may request a hold if you are 100% certain you are going to purchase the design. We may discuss the length of hold in DM'S

Transfers + Delivery

ᛝ Once I have received payment I will send the files to you within 24-36 hours. This includes unwatermarked files + any additives/accessories.ᛝ I can send the character through character transfer on Toyhouse, and/or I can send it through Email/Discord.

General Design TOS

------------------------------------------------
ᛝ You must give me credit for the original design when you first post. Do not claim the design as your own.ᛝ You are allowed to change the character as you wish after purchase (within reason. No bigoted or hateful designs.)ᛝ You are free to change the outfit, gender, species, accessories etc. of your adopted design once you have purchased. (Do NOT edit my original artwork of the design in any way.)ᛝ Do NOT repost my adoptables/design sheets on other socials. If I want them posted somewhere, I will do it myself.ᛝ You are not permitted to use any designs/adopts for commercial use unless you have paid for the commercial fee.

Reselling + Transfers

ᛝ You may re-sell the design/adopt if you wish - however- you may NOT sell it for more than you bought it for. The only exception is if additional art is included, then you may charge the equivilant price.ᛝ Designs/Adopts may NOT be sold if you were given, traded, or obtained the design by free means.ᛝ Make sure the new owner has this information and understands my TOS + Credits rule.

I will ALWAYS give you a quote before I send an invoice. I will explain the costs to you before hand so there are no surprise charges!
